This elegant set of six antique solid mahogany dining chairs exudes timeless charm. With their carved detailing, shapely backs and turned legs, these chairs carry all the beauty and character of their age, making them a refined addition to any dining or occasional setting.

Each chair has been carefully cleaned, dark waxed and polished, preserving their rich patina while enhancing their depth of colour. All are stable and secure, with minor wear consistent with age — including a small area of damage to the back of one chair, shown in the photos, and minor damage to the base of one leg - which does not detract from their overall beauty.

The seat pads have been fully rebuilt using modern fire-safe materials and upholstered in a soft duck-egg blue linen-look fabric, offering a perfect balance of comfort and classic style.

The set includes four matching chairs featuring turned fluted front legs and finely carved floral motifs to the backrests, with gently curved top rails and decorative splats. Two coordinating chairs with bar backs, turned front legs and distinctive decorative cross splats.

Together, they form a harmonious and characterful set, ideal for blending into both traditional and period-inspired interiors.

DELIVERY

Nationwide and International delivery is available.

We arrange delivery with one of our trusted furniture couriers - this will generally be a one-man service and help will be needed to unload the item at the buyer’s home.  If a two-man service is required there may be an extra charge. 

We charge a flat rate of £60 for delivery to mainland UK.

For Highlands, Islands, Ireland or International, please contact us for an accurate quote prior to purchase.

Collection is also welcome near Reading.  For smaller items we send via an insured postal courier.
