This strikingly unusual large chest embellished with turned pillars, has been transformed into a chic country storage unit with two drawers, bespoke slatted shelving and storage baskets. Hand painted in “In the Navy” dark blue paint by Dixie Belle and varnished in matt wax finish Polyvine. The top of the unit and shelving slats have been dark waxed to add depth to the piece. Both drawers have solid wood bases and dovetail joints. Whether this is used in your hallway for that extra storage and shoe tidying or in the kitchen, it’s magnitude and unique appearance will make quite a “country chic” statement! Full
