Four Drawer Chest of Drawers by Lebus in Cream

This beautiful chest of drawers with rounded corners has been fully stripped back, then carefully hand painted in a rich cream chalk paint, and clear waxed to protect. The top and drawer fronts have been stripped, then a natural coloured stain applied to highlight the veneer grain which complements the original floral handles.

Appealing features such as delicately tapered legs and elegant grooved finishes to the top and bottom of the chest set this piece apart. The sturdy drawers have wooden bases and dovetail joints.  The whole piece has been treated to a hemp base salve with a delicate citrus scent, which restores and revives the wood.

This striking chest of drawers would fit in well alongside any neutral bedroom scheme, or alternatively would provide handy storage in a hall or dining area.
