Five Drawer Chest of Drawers by Stag Minstrel in Olive Green

This solid, classic five drawer chest of drawers by Stag Minstrel has three small drawers and two large drawers, all with solid wood bases and dovetail joints.

It has been hand painted in “Everett” green by Fusion - an aged and weathered olive green with subtle bronze undertones. This complicated colour is earthy, tranquil and grounding. The drawers have been finished with mismatching, yet complementary bronze handles for a contemporary look.  The whole piece has been lacquered in Polyvine wax finish in matt to protect.

The simple clean lines of this chest of drawers were designed by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag. Inspired by Scandinavian designers, they were pioneers of British MCM furniture in the 1970’s. This Minstrel range of furniture is currently having a resurgence of popularity.

A versatile piece that would be perfect for the bedroom, study or bathroom with its ample storage. It would even suit the hallway or living room with its earthy tones.
